Use of İnper Perlite in Safe Construction
The oil converted into semi-finished product is taken to pre-cooling tanks to be cooled to 40-45°C and mixed with 0.3 to 0.6% perlite. It is left for 7-8 hours to mature so that the stearin starch (saturated fatty acids), which affect the physical appearance of the oil and impair its clarity, cannot pass through the filter. It is then taken to winterizing tanks and after the temperature is reduced to 6°C, it is passed through the strainers to be filtered and separated from the stearin starch and perlite.
One of the most practical and common ways to store and transport oxygen, nitrogen and argon gases obtained by air separation is to store and transport them as liquids. These gases, which are liquids at very low temperatures such as -196°C -183°C, which we call cryogenic temperatures, can only be stored and transported in containers that are very well insulated and made of materials resistant to these temperatures.
In practice, the best insulation is provided in vacuum systems. Companies that apply world standards in the design of tanks and tankers, in tanks and tankers with an inner tank made of austenitic stainless steel and an outer tank made of carbon steel, fill the two nested tanks with perlite between them and vacuum them up to 0.03 millibars, thus providing perfect insulation.

İnper Micronized Perlite ensures that undissolved solids in any melt mixture are easily separated. It eliminates the problems encountered in obtaining clear and fast filtrate in the filtration of mixtures in cold or hot environments.
Benefits of Inper Micronize Perlite in Filtration
- Provides clear and fast filtration.
- It holds particles as small as 0.1 microns.
- It is sterile since it is produced at high temperatures.
- It provides more filtrate per unit time.
- It does not spoil the properties of the filtrate and does not give taste or odor.
- It prevents clogging of the filter element and extends the usage period.
- The Pb and As amounts of İnper perlite are very low.
Pressurized centrifuge and vacuum filtrations are also applied successfully.
Areas of Use
- Filtering vegetable cooking oils,
- Filtering beer, wine and liqueurs,
- Filtering fruit juices,
- Filtering sugar syrup.
